Clinical Toxicology is a branch of medical laboratory science that studies the effects of poisons, drugs and chemicals on the human body, as well as how the body absorbs, distributes, metabolizes and eliminates these substances. This science plays an important role in diagnosing poisoning, monitoring therapy, and evaluating exposure to dangerous substances that can affect health, especially the cardiovascular system, nervous system, and other vital organs.

The Clinical Toxicology Laboratory in the Medical Laboratory Technology Department of the Ministry of Health Surabaya Polytechnic is designed as a modern and integrated practicum space. Laboratory facilities include:
